技術力の向上や新事業立案に繋げる社内のグランプリイベント。「餃子早巻き部門」「＋＆部門」の二部門で構成。
■取り組みの概要
【1】餃子早巻き部門
主に王将営業本部社員、PAスタッフが日々の餃子巻きの技を披露するとともに、技術向上に繋げるグランプリイベント。餃子早巻きは、「店長・SV・Mgr部門」「既存・契約社員部門」「新卒部門」「PA部門」の4部門に分けて実施。
～ 最終審査 ～
最終選考へ残った8名がステージ上で餃子の早巻きを実施し、1位を決定。グランプリを獲得された方は、餃子早巻き達人(社員)に挑戦。
【2】＋＆部門
日々の業務の中で、「こんなものがあったら面白い」「こうすればもっといいだろう」など、新規事業の提案、商品、改善提案など、日々感じているものを社員が提案し、プレゼンする。
～ 最終審査 ～
最終選考に勝ち残った2作品の応募者が資料を基に、提案内容をプレゼンにて発表。フォーラム参加者による審査でグランプリを決定予定。
