新入社員による社内制度創出コンテスト「せどつく2013」から生まれた、家族に感謝の気持ちを伝える特別休暇
■取り組みの概要
『家族へありが10（とう）』は、自分の家族へ感謝の気持ちを伝える特別休暇（1日）が取得できる制度。取得した社員は自身の facebook やブログ等で、家族への感謝の気持ちをシェアする事で、全社員へ家族への感謝の気持ちを共有する事を目的としている。
この制度名は、結婚準備クチコミ情報サイト「ウエディングパーク」が『10』周年を迎える年にできた制度である事と、家族への「ありがとう（『10』）」の言葉を掛け合わせてネーミングされた。
○「せどつく」から生まれた制度
「せどつく」とは、「制度を創る」の略で、ウエディングパークの新入社員を対象にした社内制度創出コンテストのこと。この『家族へありが10（とう）』は、昨年11月に開催された「せどつく2013」にて、新入社員が提案したアイディアの中から生まれた新制度となっている。

この「せどつく」からは2013年3月にも、結婚記念日にお祝い金が支給される制度『祝って22』が実現に至っている。詳しくはこちらから
