ソニーでウォークマンを開発した経験を持つ技術畑の古賀社長と、東芝やアマダナを経て、家電のデザインを追求してきた鈴木副社長が、それぞれの思いを共有。デザイン性、質感そして機能性の高さを併せ持った、独自フォルムの加湿器や空気清浄機を開発し、人気を集める。
空気清浄機は、ＡＨＡＭ（米国家電製品協会）におけるクリーンエア供給率の公開値で、日本メーカー初の最高値を獲得。その実績を武器に、新興メーカーながら、家電量販店などで販路を拡大する。
「すべては豊かな空間のために」を理念に掲げ、水や空気などをテーマに「生活に寄り添うもの」に重点を置き、長く愛され続ける商品づくりを志向。（技術＋美）× 心=ｃａｄｏと定義する。今年９月には、空気清浄機と加湿器の新ラインアップを発表した。
