共通の趣味を通して、社内交流を活性化。ウエディングパークオリジナル新社内制度「部活で5」
部活で5（ぶかつでファイブ）」とは、5人以上部活の組織として集まれば、一人あたり、1,500円が会社から毎月支給される社
内部活制度のこと。各自、自分がつくりたい部活を申請することができ、キャリアに関係なく、誰でも部長になることができまる。
これは、社員みんなで共通の趣味を通して交流することにより、社内交流の活性化を目的としており、現在、フットサル部、テニス部、ゴルフ部、マンガ部、アート部、麻雀部、軽音部、写真部などが申請されている。

朝8時までの早朝出社をすると、各社員にポイントがつき、全社員の合計ポイントが貯まると、社内のカフェスペースにて「朝活パーティ」が開催される、「朝活」支援制度
