パパ・ママの逆参観日！こども職場体験会「ドリコムこどもサンシャイン」8月6日開催
■取り組みの概要
社員の家族を招いて「１日社員」として夏休みの一日を一緒に過ごす「ドリコムこどもサンシャイン」。 日々従業員をささえてくれる家族に職場に対する理解を深めてもらうと共に、それぞれの従業員にも大事な家庭があるということを社内全体で再認識する場を提供する企画。この取り組みを通じてワークライフバランスの推進を図っていく狙いがある。
「ドリコムこどもサンシャイン」という名称は、”こどもたちに輝く笑顔を持って帰ってほしい”という想いから名づけられた。
■2014年度の開催
2013年度からスタートし、第2回目となる今年は2014/8/6に、約30名の子どもたちの参加により開催された。子どもたち全員が、この日はドリコム社員。その証としてドリコムの社員証が配られた。
最初はドリコムクイズ。「ドリコムの社員は何名いるでしょう？」「お父さん・お母さんがお仕事のメインで使っている仕事アイテムは何でしょう？」など会社や仕事に関するクイズを出題。
そして、職場見学や社内での親子写真撮影、社長との名刺交換会。さらにお給料（ガチャガチャのメダル）を貰って、そのメダルでガチャガチャを引くとご褒美を貰える試みも。そして最後にランチタイム。
参加した家族からは「主人の仕事の様子がうかがえて、安心しました。このような機会を設けてくださって、感謝しています。子供たちに、父親の働く姿を見せる機会があるのは、とても貴重です」などと言った感謝の声が寄せられたという。
